We do not ship to US Territories, APO locations and PO Box addresses. Please note that due to the distance in some areas certain services might be restricted and deliveries may take longer.
Hardware delivery
Due to the size of some hardware products we sell, we will use the most appropriate courier service for your location. Because of this, we may not always be able to offer a next day delivery service, and kindly advise that you allow an additional 2 - 3 working days before receiving your order.
We cannot ship items that measure more than 8.6ft outside the UK except for inflatable item(s).
Upon delivery, we strongly recommend that you unpack and inspect your order before accepting it. In the unlikely event your order is damaged, please sign for the delivery and write 'Damaged' on your package. Please, contact us on 0808 196 0520 immediately if your order is not as expected. If it is not possible to inspect the product before the courier driver leaves, please sign the package as 'Unchecked' and contact us immediately on 0808 196 0520 if there are any issues.
