If you need to send a Derby House purchase back to us, that’s no problem. We have made the overseas returns process as easy as possible for our loyal equestrian customers.
From the date you received your parcel, you have a period of 30 days to complete your return to receive a refund. Please make sure your item(s) has not had its tags removed and has not been worn, washed, partly consumed and is free from odour or stains.
In order to begin the refund process, please fill out this form to locate your valid Returns Authorisation Number (RAN.)
Following the steps below will ensure that your experience returning a parcel to us is as quick and simple as possible:
- Please place a note within your return parcel that has your name and billing address details or order number on it so that we can identify the return.
- Please note that returned products must be unused and have all packaging and tags intact. Click here to read more on this.
- Please select a courier or local post office of your choice. We strongly advice selecting a tracked service for added security.

Unfortunately, Derby House cannot take responsibility for the cost of returns from overseas.
Once we have received your parcel at the Derby House Warehouse, it will be checked by our warehouse team. If it passes the checks, we shall refund you the full amount minus the cost of the original delivery. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, Derby House reserves the right not to refund the item and arrange to send the item back to you at your expense.
We process returns within 10 working days. You will receive an order confirmation once your parcel return has been processed.
