No matter where you and your horse are in your world, we will process a refund if you return the goods to us within 30 days of them being received. If you return your order to us, we will process a refund for the value of the item only and not the delivery cost. If you would like to exchange your item for another size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order
Products that appear to be worn, washed, missing tags and no longer in their original condition will not be refunded unless covered by warranty. All products returned to us must be free from any odour and meet hygiene standards.

The cost of the return is at the expense of the customer. If you are returning your parcel from France, Germany, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Australia or the US, we recommend using ReBOUND for an affordable, tracked service
With the ReBOUND returns service, you can pay for your postage fees online and print the label. ReBOUND will keep you informed of your parcels return journey back to us.

Upon inspection of the returned product, Derby House will issue a full refund less the original delivery charge. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, derby house reserves the right not to refund the item and arrange to send the item back to you at your expense.
