Unfortunately, we do not currently offer an exchange service. If your item is not suitable for you or your animals, we kindly ask that you return it back to us using our Request a Return form.
Once we have received your returned item, we will issue a full refund and an email to confirm. Please place a new order for the desired item in the meantime, or once you have received your refund.
