If you are unavailable when delivery takes place, we recommend contacting the courier chosen using your tracking number provided. In many cases, you can schedule redelivery at a convenient time for you. If this is not possible, please contact us straight away.
If DPD was your chosen service, choose an address of your choice via the DPD app.
Any deliveries attempted and unachieved by Royal mail will be diverted to your closest post office depot. A delivery notice will be left with instructions for you to collect your order from the collection point.
