Were you at the stables when your delivery arrived? Not to worry.
For any Derby House customer that unfortunately missed their delivery, we advise contacting the courier to reschedule your parcel delivery. You will need your tracking number to ensure that they can locate your parcel. If you are unable to reschedule your delivery, please contact us, and a member of the Derby House team will be happy to assist you. If DPD was your chosen service, you can reschedule a delivery, please follow the steps on their website or through the DPD app.
If you have missed a Royal Mail delivery, your parcel will be diverted to a local Post Office and a note will be left. You can either arrange a redelivery through Royal Mail or collect the parcel directly from the Post Office.
