From the date you received your parcel, you have a period of 30 days to complete your return to receive a refund. Unfortunately, if your parcel items are in an unsuitable condition, or have had the tags removed, we will be unable to refund you and the items will be sent back to your address at your expense.
If you require a different size, the quickest way to get a replacement is to place a new order for the correct size and proceed to return the unwanted product to receive a refund. This avoids the possibility of the desired item size going out of stock.
We offer a quick and simple delivery service via Rebound UK. Rebound generates a pre-paid label using your order details. If you wish to return your equestrian items, please complete this form to obtain a valid Returns Authorisation Number (RAN.)
Follow the clear steps below to return a product via Rebound UK.
Please allow up to 10 days for your return to be processed. The returned parcel will undergo checks at our warehouse facility. If the returned parcel passes the checks, we shall issue a refund minus the original cost of delivery.
You shall receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
