Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel or amend your order, as there is a limited window where changes can be made. We recommend using our live chat (located at the bottom right-hand side of the page) to contact our friendly customer experience team within 15 minutes of placing your order. They are available to assist you from Monday-Friday: 9:00-17:00.
Dispatched order guidance:
- If you have entered the wrong address, once the parcel is returned to the warehouse by its courier, you will receive an automatic refund. Please then re-order to the correct address.
- If you have had a change of heart, please return the parcel once it reaches you.
- If you accidentally ordered the wrong size or colour product, the quickest way to receive the correct product is to return the parcel and re-order the correct size or colour.
