Please be aware that the delivery date is only an estimate, and the order may arrive before or after this date. To keep up to date with your parcel, click ‘My Account’ and select the order you wish to track. You shall also receive a dispatch email once your order has left our warehouse, this email features a ‘Track your order’ button that once clicked, allows you to follow your order’s journey.
I’m still awaiting my order
Are you still waiting for your new horse rug or riding boots? Don’t panic, we are working around the clock to deliver your parcel. Please allow a few days for your parcel to reach your door or stable, especially during busy periods. To receive up-to-the-minute updates, keep an eye on your tracking link.
Important Derby House split delivery information
Occasionally, if you have ordered multiple items for the stable, your parcel may be split up into separate deliveries due to some items not being available for immediate dispatch. We advise ordering items separately if you would like faster delivery.
Sometimes, your order may include a product that exceeds the maximum parcel size, which will result in a split delivery, as the larger item will need to be sent separately from the rest of your order.
We operate from a UK-based and European warehouse. Sometimes, your order items won’t be dispatched from the same warehouse, which means your order will be split into two separate parcels. If you have selected next-day delivery at checkout, we can’t guarantee all your items will arrive the next day, as some of your parcel items may be travelling to you from our warehouse overseas and the rest from the UK.
