When shopping on our website, the checkout page will inform you on international delivery times and what charges will be applied. We use a variety of carriers and choose the most appropriate one depending on the weight, value and destination of your order, as well as the shipping method that was selected at the checkout.
If your order is tracked, you’ll receive a tracking email and can follow your parcel’s journey from our warehouse to your door. Not all standard orders are tracked, and some may require a signature to confirm delivery.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO box addresses and cannot to ship to all overseas territories and military bases. Due to the current situation, we are also unable to ship to the Crimean region.
