We aim to deliver your order to your address as quickly as possible and offer next-day delivery to the majority of the UK. We ship all our orders with the most appropriate courier service, as a result, we can’t always offer a next-day delivery service on orders of a significant size. If you have a large-sized order, we kindly ask that you allow an additional 2 – 3 working days.
Once you have received your items, we recommend that you unpack and inspect your order before accepting it. If your parcel is damaged, please sign for the delivery and write “Damaged” on the parcel. Please contact us immediately via our Live Chat service, fill out a contact form or telephone 0808 196 0520. If you aren’t able to inspect the parcel before accepting it, you should sign the delivery note as “Unchecked”.
