UK Delivery Options

To ensure you receive the shopping experience you deserve, we offer multiple delivery options that can be selected at the checkout. UK standard delivery is free on orders over £50 whilst UK Next Day Delivery is free on orders over £100.

Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. You shall receive a dispatch email once your order has left our warehouse. Please note that when awaiting your parcel, a working day is any weekday; Monday-Friday and does not include national Bank Holidays.

We understand how important it is that your parcel reaches you and your animals on time. However, orders that are delayed through customs/security checks or adverse weather conditions are out of our control. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to provide a refund on the shipping cost of your delayed parcel. If Derby House is responsible for the delay of your parcel, we will make sure to refund the shipping costs. Derby House reserve the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice.

We deliver to the whole of the UK, but in some areas, the delivery of your Derby House parcel may take longer. Courier services to the areas listed below will generally take an additional 1-2 working day(s).
