Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of certain items from Derby House. These include items that have had their protective seals opened or damaged, items without tags and items that have been worn or washed. We know how hungry horses can get, yet we are unable to accept and refund products that have been partially consumed.
The following items are non-refundable:
- Semi-consumed or half opened treat packets.
- Horse supplements, shampoos, sprays and other liquids that have been opened, tested or used.
- Horse rugs in a dirty condition.
We advise using a cotton sheet underneath your horse’s new rug when checking it fits. Keeping the rug away from any dirt avoids causing hygiene issues and ensures that you can receive a refund if you need to return the product.
It is extremely unlikely that you will receive a damaged or imperfect order from Derby House, but if this is the case, please fill out this form. Derby House will review your warranty claim and at our discretion assist in providing an equitable solution to ensure you receive the premium experience that we promise.
